Jesus Hinojosa

Jesus Hinojosa joined the Law Offices of Julia Sylva, ALC as Of Counsel in late 2022.

Mr. Hinojosa represents clients in real estate litigation, business litigation, trust litigation and commercial cannabis disputes.

Before joining the Law Offices of Julia Sylva, ALC, Mr. Hinojosa practiced Bankruptcy Law and represented debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 13, and Subchapter V bankruptcies.

He received his Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology and Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, his Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School’s SCALE Accelerated Two-Year Program. During law school, Mr. Hinojosa was a volunteer for Small Claims Legal Clinic, was a teacher’s assistant for multiple courses and an aspiring entrepreneur. Since graduation, Mr. Hinojosa has gone back to Southwestern Law School as a guest lecturer and assistant to adjunct law professor.

Mr. Hinojosa is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of California.
