Julia Sylva is the founding member of the Law Offices of Julia Sylva, A Law Corporation, wherein she is a transactional, litigation and regulatory attorney. She represents public law clients and private clients in real estate, land use, business/corporate law, and trusts and estates matters; she also represents clients in the regulation of commercial cannabis activity.

Ms. Sylva assists clients in the preparation of estate plans, decedent’s estate petitions, and creditor’s claims; she also represents trustees and beneficiaries in trust litigation matters. As a corporate attorney, she represents clients in formation of corporate entities, governance, and compliance. She is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Sylva is an Adjunct Law Professor, Southwestern Law School, Los Angeles, and a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor; she has been married for over 36 years and has two adult children.
